Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMI's services, website, or any related platforms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services

SMI provides corporate vehicle rental, fleet management, maintenance, insurance compliance, and related mobility services. The scope, pricing, and duration of services shall be defined in a separate service agreement or purchase order entered into between SMI and the client.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services, comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle use, ensure vehicles are used only for lawful purposes, and promptly report any damage, accidents, or incidents involving SMI vehicles.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the applicable service agreement. SMI reserves the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payments. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
